Student Rental Application

Student rentals are for individuals who choose to not live on campus, but will require a cosigner to be financially responsible for monthly rent payments. 

 

As a student rental, you will need to submit a holding deposit to secure your unit, and a cosigner application.  Cosigners will be required to take financial responsible for the lease. Students are allowed to also be lease holders along side the cosigner, but cosigners will have full financial responsibility.

You will need the following:

  1. Your photo ID

  2. Credit or debit card to pay the $500.00 holding deposit.

  3. Credit or debit card to pay the non-refundable $20.00 application fee required for each application.
