1. Once you are approved you will need to submit online the remaining portion of your security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) AND your signed approval documents (sent to you online from your agent) WITHIN IN 48 HOURS or your unit will go back on the market and your holding deposit will be non-refundable.

• You will submit the remaining portion of your security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) on-line through an ACH bank debit

  • NO CASHIER'S CHECK

  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

  • NO MONEY ORDERS

  • NO CASH

2. Contact National Grid and set up all needed utility accounts

• You will need to give all customer numbers to your agent WITHIN IN 48 HOURS AFTER signing your approval documents. 

• YOUR AGENT MUST HAVE THESE CUSTOMER #'S BEFORE THEY CAN RELEASE YOUR LEASE FOR E-SIGNATURES.

• If your agent does not receive these numbers, your unit will go back on the market and your holding deposit will be non-refundable. 

 

3. E-Sign your lease sent to you by your agent, and schedule your key pick-up.

• If your lease is not signed WITHIN IN 48 HOURS AFTER you receive it from your agent, your unit will go back on the market and your holding deposit will be non-refundable.

• Your first month's rent will be due when you receive your keys.  Payments need to be made with either a Money Order or Cashier's Check made out directly to the landlord.
