(an application is only considered complete if all of the following are submitted)

There is a non-refundable $39.95 application fee for each adult intending to live in the unit. This fee covers national checks of criminal, housing, eviction, and credit history, and may take up to 48 hours for completion.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED AND PROCESSED ON LINE THROUGH OUR SECURED PORTAL

For the security of your personal information we do not accept paper applications.

Submit online a $500 holding deposit. (review our deposit process and refund policies & procedures)
Submit (through our secured portal) an application for each adult intending to live in the unit. You will be able to pay the application fee for each applicant on line while in our secured portal.

Submit (through our secured portal) a picture ID for each adult intending to live in the unit.

Submit (through our secured portal) POI (proof of income) for the most previous 30 days for each adult intending to be financially responsible for the lease.

Once all needed information for your entire party has been submitted your application packages will be processed. We can not begin processing your applications and take your desired unit off the market until we have received all needed information.

Be sure to not leave any applicable sections blank on your applications, or your package will NOT be considered complete, allowing another party to rent your desired unit.
